The regular practice of meditation helps us reach a state of deep relaxation that is very beneficial. Some of the benefits of regular meditation practice include increased feelings of happiness, creativity, and clarity. It helps us to incorporate a habit of mindfulness into our everyday lives.

There are many ways to meditate. Whether it is practiced actively or passively, the value of “being in the moment” is the true gift of meditation practice.

You may choose to attend weekly or monthly, regularly or occasionally. There is no charge for attending, but do register to reserve a space as our space is limited.* Group size can range from two to seven.
